FAQs

I will need a clear, high-resolution photo. It works best when taken in natural light (like near a window or outdoors). Eye-level shots capture your pet’s true eye color and fur details, ensuring the best likeness.
Clear images with good lighting is most important!

Yes, I can reference different photos to compose a piece with your pets together. We will discuss out the layout during our consultation.

Yes, arrangements for shipping and delivery can be made once the finished work is approved and payment has been received. If the work is a painting, it must be completely dry before wrapping and sending out. This may increase the initial estimated wait time and shipping durations will vary.
-
There is no flat rate for shipping, as the cost will depend on the size and weight of your piece. The following are examples of estimated shipping costs:
Small (e.g. 5×7", 8×10") | $9
Medium (e.g. 11×14") | $16
Large (e.g. 16×20", canvases) | $25+

Absolutely. During our consultation please let me know if you want elements changed or removed, or specific features highlighted. We will discuss backgrounds as well.
Please note, any major changes requested after structural work or painting has begun, will be subject to an additional fee.

A standard typically takes approximately 3–4 weeks after the consultation and the deposit is paid. If you need it by a specific holiday or birthday, please let me know upfront!
All efforts will be made to accommodate a faster turnaround time.

Yes, I can send a midway photo if requested, and I will send you a final photo for approval before the artwork is handed over or shipped.

I use professional grade oil paints and varnish for paintings, as well as archival canvases and heavyweight mixed media paper.
For dry media I use professional drawing paper, quality graphite, and spray fixative to seal the work and protect it.
